Thanksgiving by the Lake

The weather on Thanksgiving this year was so perfect for being outdoors. Although black Friday has made its way to ruining its true purpose, this is my favorite holiday because of what its for: giving thanks.  I hope everyone spent the day filled with lots of love and delicious home cooked food. As for black Friday, I can’t imagine myself in a line for hours just waiting for a store to open.  Not to mention, having to deal with people who are willing to fight, push and shove their way through. Definitely not for me.  For those who were brave (and patient) enough to head out at the crack of dawn, how was it?

    You look amazing, Lauren!!! I love these colors on you. The whole ensemble is just gorgeous and goes perfectly with the scenery! Looks like you had a nice, relaxing holiday & day after.     Lauren these pictures are beautiful ! the warm tones give you the thanksgiving feeling :) my favs are pictures 1,3,5, and 6 . ! your posts keep getting better and better i literally check in everyday because i don’t want to miss any . I hope you had a wonderful thanksgiving with your family and i agree black Friday is getting in the way of the true meaning of thanksgiving .

    freakin fabulous! when I saw the title “thanksgiving by the lake” I assumed a bit of plaid, denim and a straw hat… then you wow’d me with your glam dress and sparkly duds! looks like you stepped out of a magazine <3
